Romeo Villalva Tabuena (August 22, – October 15, ) was a Filipino painter and printmaker who was born in Iloilo City.

His talents were first recognized around , when he held numerous exhibits at the Philippine Art Gallery that displayed his watercolors and drawings. In , he moved to San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, an up and coming artist community, where he would paint for decades to come. The work he produced while in Mexico includes colors from the entire spectrum and features common people, such as street vendors and laundry women.
